EOC Week 2: Three Examples of Questionable Ethics

This image shows a questionable ethics Ad that is targeted towards fat female teens and girls.  The Ad shows a Chubby girl wearing her Fall and Winter Fashion for Chubby size teens and girls.  The  way the copy is written it uses words that are no longer accepted in our society as the word "Chubbies", that will get a lot of media attention and get the company fined and sued by people offended by the word Chubby.  One thing that I do find interesting about this Ad is the marketing campaign it has.  Not only is it an Ad but it also captures customer leads.  Another way of keeping their pipeline full of clients.

This Ad focuses on the one thing that is a big seller and money maker here in the good old USA.  "Fat Loss Pills" the easiest and fastest way to lose weight why you sit your fat behind on the couch watching the lasted trend of reality shows on TV.  These are the worst Ads that people still eat up no matter how many times we know they don't work.  Do you want to know the secret to lose weight?  Lay of the junk food, eat right and exercise daily.  That will guarantee a beautiful body and a long life.

Here is another Ad showing of a questionable ethics in Ads.   There is nothing beautiful of being big and overweight.  Our society now has come to say that it's okay to be big since it's an illness.  Being overweight leads to diseases and health problems.  There is nothing beautiful about that.  We have become a society of lazy people who have forgotten  how to eat a proper healthy meal and accepted the fast food industry as our source of nourishment.  This Ad just screams that it's okay to be unhealthy and it is accepted in our community.
